Introduction
NTC thermistor is also called negative temperature coefficient
thermistor. NTC thermistor is a kind of semiconductor ceramic
element made of transition metal oxide as the main raw material. It
has the characteristic that the resistance value changes
correspondingly with the change of temperature, namely Under a
certain temperature measurement power, the resistance value of the
resistor decreases with the increase of temperature. Using this
feature, NTC thermistors and temperature sensors can be used in
temperature compensation, suppression of surge current and
temperature measurement. The MF55 series is a thin-film temperature
